How did I end up rather hyphenated?

With a 15-year career in Brand Development, Creative Direction, and UX/UI, my approach is informed by experiences across agency, in-house, and startup environments. I'm passionate about working with individuals and organizations who share my belief in the power of curiosity, inclusivity, and diverse perspectives to drive successful creative outcomes. As a creative leader, I build empowered teams and foster collaborative partnerships to deliver impactful creative work. I believe thoughtfully integrating data-driven insights combined with customer-focused storytelling yields impactful results.

Most recently, I've been leading growth-phase SaaS and B2B companies' in-house creative teams, implementing project processes, establishing brand/design systems, building self-service workflows, and mentoring creatives to deliver on key business goals. In other words, we’re producing work that pretty and impactful.
